이에 모세와 모든 선지자의 글로 시작하여 모든 성경에 쓴 바 자기에 관한 것을 자세히 설명하시니라 (눅 24:27)
And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning himself.

예수께서 이르시되 율법에 무엇이라 기록되었으며 네가 어떻게 읽느냐 (눅 10:26)
"What is written in the Law?" he replied. "How do you read it?"

예수께서 이르시되 다윗이 자기와 및 함께 한 자들이 먹을 것이 없어 시장할 때에 한 일을 읽지 못하였느냐 (막 2:25)
Have you never read what David did when he and his companions were hungry and in need?

너희가 성경에서 영생을 얻는 줄 생각하고 성경을 연구하거니와 이 성경이 곧 내게 대하여 증언하는 것이니라 (요 5:39)
Search the Scriptures; for in them you think you have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

성경은 폐하지 못하나니 (요 10:15)
the Scripture cannot be broken.

이에 그들의 마음을 열어 성경을 깨닫게 하시고 (눅 24:45)
Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures.

너희가 성경에 건축자들이 버린 돌이 모퉁이의 머릿돌이 되었나니 이것은 주로 말미암아 된 것이요 우리 눈에 놀랍도다 함을 읽어 보지도 못하였느냐 하시니라 (막 12:10-11)
Haven't you read this Scripture: " 'The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone;

나를 믿는 자는 성경에 이름과 같이 그 배에서 생수의 강이 흘러나오리라 하시니 (요 7:38)
Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him."

예수께서 이르시되 너희가 성경도 하나님의 능력도 알지 못하므로 오해함이 아니냐 (막 12:24)
Jesus replied, "Are you not in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God?

내가 만일 그렇게 하면 이런 일이 있으리라 한 성경이 어떻게 이루어지겠느냐 하시더라 (마 26:54)
But how then shall the Scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?

예수께서 대답하여 이르시되 너희가 성경도, 하나님의 능력도 알지 못하는 고로 오해하였도다 (마 22:29)
Jesus replied, "You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God.

예수께서 그 자라나신 곳 나사렛에 이르사 안식일에 늘 하시던 대로 회당에 들어가사 성경을 읽으려고 서시매 (눅 4:16)
He went to Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was his custom. And he stood up to read.

그 후에 예수께서 모든 일이 이미 이루어진 줄 아시고 성경을 응하게 하려 하사 이르시되 내가 목마르다 하시니 (요 19:28)
Later, knowing that all was now completed, and so that the Scripture would be fulfilled, Jesus said, "I am thirsty."

그들이 서로 말하되 길에서 우리에게 말씀하시고 우리에게 성경을 풀어 주실 때에 우리 속에서 마음이 뜨겁지 아니하더냐 (눅 24:32)
They asked each other, "Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?"

내가 날마다 너희와 함께 성전에 있으면서 가르쳤으되 너희가 나를 잡지 아니하였도다 그러나 이는 성경을 이루려 함이니라 하시더라 (막 14:49)
Every day I was with you, teaching in the temple courts, and you did not arrest me. But the Scriptures must be fulfilled."

예수께서 이르시되 너희가 성경에 건축자들이 버린 돌이 모퉁이의 머릿돌이 되었나니 이것은 주로 말미암아 된 것이요 우리 눈에 기이하도다 함을 읽어 본 일이 없느냐 (마 21:42)
Jesus said to them, "Have you never read in the Scriptures: " 'The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes'?

내가 너희 모두를 가리켜 말하는 것이 아니니라 나는 내가 택한 자들이 누구인지 앎이라 그러나 내 떡을 먹는 자가 내게 발꿈치를 들었다 한 성경을 응하게 하려는 것이니라 (요 13:18)
"I am not referring to all of you; I know those I have chosen. But this is to fulfill the Scripture: 'He who shares my bread has lifted up his heel against me.'

그 중의 하나도 멸망하지 않고 다만 멸망의 자식뿐이오니 이는 성경을 응하게 함이니이다 (요 17:12)
None has been lost except the one doomed to destruction so that Scripture would be fulfilled.

예수께서 대답하여 이르시되 기록되었으되 사람이 떡으로만 살 것이 아니요 하나님의 입으로부터 나오는 모든 말씀으로 살 것이라 하였느니라 하시니 (마 4:4)
Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'"

예수께서 이르시되 또 기록되었으되 주 너의 하나님을 시험하지 말라 하였느니라 하시니 (마 4:7)
Jesus answered him, "It is also written: 'Do not put the Lord your God to the test.'"

이에 예수께서 말씀하시되 사탄아 물러가라 기록되었으되 주 너의 하나님께 경배하고 다만 그를 섬기라 하였느니라 (마 4:10)
Jesus said to him, "Away from me, Satan! For it is written: 'Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.'"

이에 예수께서 그들에게 말씀하시되 이 글이 오늘 너희 귀에 응하였느니라 하시니 (눅 4:21)
And he began by saying to them, "Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing."

성경은 폐하지 못하나니 하나님의 말씀을 받은 사람들을 신이라 하셨거든 (요 10:35)
If he called them 'gods,' to whom the word of God came--and the Scripture cannot be broken.

내가 너희에게 말하노니 기록된 바 그는 불법자의 동류로 여김을 받았다 한 말이 내게 이루어져야 하리니 내게 관한 일이 이루어져 감이니라 (눅 22:37)
It is written: 'And he was numbered with the transgressors'; and I tell you that this must be fulfilled in me. Yes, what is written about me is reaching its fulfillment."

너희 율법에도 두 사람의 증언이 참되다 기록되었으니 (요 8:17)
In your own Law it is written that the testimony of two men is valid.

이 날들은 기록된 모든 것을 이루는 징벌의 날이니라 (눅 21:22)
For this is the time of punishment in fulfillment of all that has been written.

제자들이 성경 말씀에 주의 전을 사모하는 열심이 나를 삼키리라 한 것을 기억하더라 (요 2:17)
His disciples remembered that it is written: "Zeal for your house will consume me."

선지자 이사야의 글을 드리거늘 책을 펴서 이렇게 기록된 데를 찾으시니 (눅 4:17)
The scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him. Unrolling it, he found the place where it is written:

그들에게 이르시되 기록된 바 내 집은 기도하는 집이 되리라 하였거늘 너희는 강도의 소굴을 만들었도다 하시니라 (눅 19:46)
"It is written," he said to them, " 'My house will be a house of prayer'; but you have made it 'a den of robbers.'"

그러나 내가 너희에게 이르노니 엘리야가 왔으되 기록된 바와 같이 사람들이 함부로 대우하였느니라 하시니라 (막 9:13)
But I tell you, Elijah has come, and they have done to him everything they wished, just as it is written about him."

기록된 바 보라 내가 내 사자를 네 앞에 보내노니 그가 네 앞에서 네 길을 준비하리라 한 것이 이 사람에 대한 말씀이라 (눅 7:27)
This is the one about whom it is written: " 'I will send my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way before you.'

예수께서 제자들에게 이르시되 너희가 다 나를 버리리라 이는 기록된 바 내가 목자를 치리니 양들이 흩어지리라 하였음이니라 (막 14:27)
"You will all fall away," Jesus told them, "for it is written: " 'I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered.'

선지자의 글에 그들이 다 하나님의 가르치심을 받으리라 기록되었은즉 아버지께 듣고 배운 사람마다 내게로 오느니라 (요 6:45)
It is written in the Prophets: 'They will all be taught by God.' Everyone who listens to the Father and learns from him comes to me.

엘리야가 과연 먼저 와서 모든 것을 회복하거니와 어찌 인자에 대하여 기록하기를 많은 고난을 받고 멸시를 당하리라 하였느냐 (막 9:12)
Jesus replied, "To be sure, Elijah does come first, and restores all things. Why then is it written that the Son of Man must suffer much and be rejected?

인자는 자기에 대하여 기록된 대로 가거니와 (마 26:24)
The Son of Man will go just as it is written about him.

기록된 바 내 집은 만민이 기도하는 집이라 칭함을 받으리라고 하지 아니하였느냐 너희는 강도의 소굴을 만들었도다 (막 11:17)
He said, "Is it not written: " 'My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations'? But you have made it 'a den of robbers.'"

예수께서 열두 제자를 데리시고 이르시되 보라 우리가 예루살렘으로 올라가노니 선지자들을 통하여 기록된 모든 것이 인자에게 응하리라 (눅 18:31)
Jesus took the Twelve aside and told them, "We are going up to Jerusalem, and everything that is written by the prophets about the Son of Man will be fulfilled.

기록하였으되 이 백성이 입술로는 나를 공경하되 마음은 내게서 멀도다 (막 7:6)
As it is written: " 'These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.

모세의 율법과 선지자의 글과 시편에 나를 가리켜 기록된 모든 것이 이루어져야 하리라 한 말이 이것이라 (눅 24:44)
Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms."

기록된 바 내가 목자를 치리니 양의 떼가 흩어지리라 하였느니라 (마 26:31)
it is written: " 'I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.'
