주님께서 우리에게 기도를 가르치실 때에 단지 예를 들어 설명하거나 교훈이나 명령 혹은 약속으로만 하지 않으시고 직접 자신을 우리의 생명으로, 영원한 중보자로 우리에게 보여 주셨다. 이것을 믿고 나아가며 기도의 삶을 위해 주님 안에 거할 때, 제대로 기도할 수 없을 것 같은 두려움은 사라지고 기쁨으로, 승전가를 부르며 주님께서 우리에게 기도를 가르쳐 주실 것을 신뢰하게 되고 나아가 주님 자신이 우리 기도의 생명과 능력이 되실 것이다.
